Lancelot Productions is seeking an experienced Tour Manager / Stage Manager (m / w / d) to join our dynamic team for the development and production of film music concerts and cultural projects worldwide.

Operating globally, it partners with iconic venues and has performed in major cultural capitals, continuously pushing artistic boundaries.Responsibilities:Tour Planning: Organize tour schedules, coordinate stage plans, venue specifications, and local crew requirements; liaise with venue managers, local crews, and logistics partners for smooth execution.On-Site Management: Oversee rehearsals and performances, call cues, manage transitions, and ensure performances run on time.Financial Management: Prepare and manage tour budgets, handle expenses, daily accounting, and concert revenues.Logistical Coordination: Manage transportation of equipment, technical needs, and soundcheck schedules.Team Management: Lead and coordinate technicians, musicians, drivers; oversee load-in, stage setup, soundchecks, and load-out.Stakeholder Liaison: Act as main contact for artists, promoters, venues, and suppliers.Post-Show Duties: Manage show reports, logistics feedback, incident documentation, and assist with production improvements.Requirements:At least 3 years' experience in tour concert production and stage management.Strong cooperation skills with venues.Experience handling travel arrangements for A and B level celebrities.Vendor contracting and staffing experience across various roles.Good industry knowledge in music, film, sport, or theatre.Personal responsibility, flexibility, proactivity, and ability to work under stress.We look forward to your application!
