Your mission
* Work with our European team of consultants and clients in order to grow TA Europe Iberia
* Develop existing and new client relationships with focus on international investors, owners and banks
* Win new business in Spain and beyond for our international real estate business lines Transactions, Management and Sustainability
* Strengthen and grow our service delivery capacity and capabilities in Spain and beyond
* Strengthen the profile of TA Europe Iberia
Your experiences
* Extensive experience in one or more of TA Europe's business lines
* Proven success in client relationships, business development and sales in consultancy
* Deep understanding of our Spanish market; Spanish nationality or strong local ties
* Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Portuguese, Catalan, German or French are a plus
* International experience and strong network within the real estate industry, as well as experience as a speaker at industry events
