We operate throughout the world with a culture shaped by innovation and international flair.Our Opening and Your Responsibilities**Dealer Manager** for OHAUS and METTLER TOLEDO OnLine products porfolioOHAUS is a globally recognised brand supplying ranges of weighing equipment, centrifuges, and general laboratory equipment all of which is sold exclusively through dealers. Due to internal promotion, we are looking to add an additional dealer manager to our team looking after our accounts in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Malta reporting to the local Regional Sales Manager.Want to be part of a dynamic Company which is part of a global group who has excellent high-quality products?The main responsibility of the role is Implement MT OnLine and OHAUS strategies to ensure maximum sales of our products can be achieved in all potential markets for the products within the defined territory, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Malta.- Growing existing accounts sales arcording to sales targets for each product range as defined in annual targets- Developing business via existing dealers by supporting sales teams, ensuring catalogues and web sites are kept up to date and making MT and OH brands of first choice for our product ranges and establish new dealers as appropriate.- Planning and executing activities (trainings, promotions, customer events, incentives) to promote and impulse our portfolio’s products in our partner supporting their sales teams.- Ensure their presentation of our range is up to date and complete in both prints, online and social media formats.- Prepare monthly report on progress made as designed by RSM.- Ensure customer database (CRM) is fully maintained at all time with details of employees and interactions concerning visits and activities- Monitor competitor activities in designated accountsWhat You Need to Succeed- University degree related to life sciences (Laboratory, Biology, Chemistry, etc) which ensure a scientifical background academic.- At least 2 years of sales experience on a B2B environment with technical products/solutions and experience managing distributors/dealers.- IT skills, fluent on Microsoft Office (excellent Word and Excel Skills).- Fully available for travelling (30-40%) locally and international. Motivation for managing himslef on an international team.- Excellent sales skills, proactivity, highly involved and committed to find solutions to customers. Self-driven.- Fluent in Spanish, in Italian and English.- Current valid driver license.- Located on: Catalonia, Barcelona (preferable)Our Offer to You- Permanent Contract and competitive target salary (Fixed + Bonus).
