Misión del puesto
What you will do:
- Lead the overall network development strategy and execution for AVATR in Spain, supporting the brand’s long-term network development objectives;
- Establish and continuously optimize network development processes, standards, and governance systems in Spain, covering network development, facility development, network management, and dealer support policies;
- Lead dealer network development, including investor sourcing, dealer evaluation, commercial negotiation, admission approval processes, and agreement execution;
- Lead the development of AVATR’s retail identity and facility standard system in Spain, including differentiated implementation strategies for different market tiers;
- Lead dealer facility development projects, including dealership openings, relocations, expansions, downsizing, renovations, and SI upgrade initiatives, and coordinate internal approval and resource alignment;
- Build and manage supplier resources related to dealer development in Spain, including design agencies, construction companies, furniture suppliers, fixture suppliers, and material vendors;
- Lead the management of various dealer‑related commercial policies, including policy development, implementation, budget management, and reimbursement processes;
- Establish and manage dealer network governance mechanisms, including operational risk management, corrective action management, shareholder changes, entity changes, facility changes, and dealer termination management;
- Lead dealer‑related events and programs, including but not limited to dealer conferences, recruitment events, annual meetings, business visits, and brand activities;
- Support future strategic projects based on organizational needs, including but not limited to direct retail store development, construction, and operational preparation initiatives.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive dealer network, strong knowledge of full-scope network development functions, including network planning, dealer development, facility development, dealer support policies, and network governance;
- Strong understanding of the Spanish automotive dealer landscape and major dealer groups;
- Experience with premium, luxury, EV, or international automotive brands is highly preferred;
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and complex project management capability;
- Willingness to travel extensively across Spain;
- Availability to travel to China or other European countries for business activities, auto shows, and related projects based on organizational needs;
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
