Spain & Portugal | Bridge to Life Ltd.Bridge to Life Ltd., a global company specialized in organ preservation and perfusion technologies for transplantation, is expanding its clinical support activities in Iberia and is seeking a Clinical Account Manager (CAM) .This role is designed for professionals with strong clinical and technical experience in hospital environments, particularly within transplantation, perfusion systems, surgical support or other highly specialized medical device fields.The position focuses on clinical implementation, training and technical support for transplant teams, ensuring the correct use and integration of advanced organ preservation technologies in transplant centers.
Your RoleProvide hands-on clinical support in transplant centers during the implementation and use of organ preservation and perfusion technologiesDeliver clinical training and technical guidance to surgeons, transplant coordinators, perfusionists and operating room teamsSupport hospitals in device setup, troubleshooting and optimization of clinical workflowsAssist transplant teams in the integration of new perfusion technologies into clinical protocolsParticipate in scientific workshops, training programs and clinical education initiatives in transplantationWork closely with internal teams by providing clinical expertise and field insightsCollaborate with the commercial team on strategic account developmentDevelop and manage relationships with transplant surgeons, coordinators and clinical teams
What We Are Looking ForDegree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Perfusion Sciences, Nursing, Medicine or related clinical fieldsMandatory experience in transplantation, perfusion technologies, surgical support, critical care or similarly specialized clinical medical device environmentsProven experience working directly with hospital clinical teamsAbility to provide structured clinical training and technical supportStrong communication and organizational skillsFluent English and Spanish requiredPortuguese is a strong advantage
Mobility & Field RequirementsThis is a highly field-based clinical role requiring frequent presence in transplant centers.Candidates must have:Valid driving licenseHigh availability for travel across Spain and PortugalAbility to travel extensively by road to reach hospitals and transplant centersFlexibility to travel on short notice when clinical support is required
