Through our Horizon 2030 strategy we're evolving into a more disciplined, high-performing global Group — and we're looking for talented people who want to contribute to this long-term strategic journey.**ABOUT THE ROLE**The EMEA Transportation Planner will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing transportation plans across Europe, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency.**WHAT YOU WILL DO*** Support the rollout and daily use of the Transportation Management System (TMS) across EMEA.* Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient and on time deliveries.* Monitor shipments through TMS and carrier tracking tools, solving issues as they arise.* Optimize routes, carrier selection, and transport plans to improve cost and delivery performance.* Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.* Manage carrier allocation, rate processes, and regular operational reviews. Ensure agreed transportation allocation and backup processes are followed.* Handle daily unplanned transport events.* Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all transport activities.* Control transportation costs, verify invoices, and resolve discrepancies.* Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and performance metrics.**ABOUT YOU*** Preferably University degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Management or related field.* At least 2 years of experience in transport operations or claiming within Supply Chain.* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions within defined parameters.* Skills in Project Management, Planning, and Transportation Management.* Fluent in English + an additional European language.* Problem Solving mind.
