We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agentsto support customers across several exciting international projects. In this role, you will assist users with inquiries, provide guidance on services, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email in Dutch
- Assist customers with account inquiries, service questions, and troubleshooting
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Record interactions accurately in internal systems
- Handle inquiries professionally during high-volume periods
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
What We're Looking For
- C1/C2 Dutch (mandatory)
- English B2 or higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
Work Schedules
- Monday – Sunday|08:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts)|2 rotational days off
- Monday – Friday|07:30 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)|Weekends off
- Monday – Sunday|07:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts)| 2 rotational days off
- Future possibility xqysrnh of 24/7 shifts
Salary & Benefits
- Performance Bonus: up to €100/month (11 months)
- Attendance Bonus: up to €100/month (11 months)
