Sales Development Representative (Danish-speaking) – Hybrid – Cloud Solutions

Location: Benalmádena (Málaga) or Valencia, Spain
Work Model: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time


About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in managing the early stages of the sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within a cloud solutions environment. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy consultative selling, technology-driven solutions, and working with small and medium-sized businesses.

You will work in an international environment with structured training, continuous learning, and long-term career development opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a strong and professional first impression

* Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of customers through consultative sales approaches

* Understand business needs and recommend suitable cloud-based solutions

* Identify revenue opportunities and drive growth through up-sell and cross-sell activities

* Collaborate closely with internal sales and solution teams to maximize results

* Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement (voice of customer)


Required Qualifications

* Proficient or bilingual in Danish

* Fluent in English

* 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, sales account management, or customer management roles

* Proven ability to manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets

* Experience using CRM tools and productivity software (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Microsoft Office)


Nice to Have

* Experience working with or selling cloud or business software solutions

* Knowledge of platforms such as Azure, Modern Workplace, or business applications

* Relevant entry-level or fundamentals certifications in cloud or business technologies

* Salary: €25,000 gross/year

* Bonus: up to €4,800 gross/year
