Roka is a contemporary Japanese robatayaki restaurant, celebrated for its dynamic open-grill cooking and vibrant atmosphere. Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, along the Balearic Island's east coast, Roka Mallorca offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop-up of lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and live DJs. Local ingredients are featured in Roka's signature robatayaki cuisine to create a menu that can't be experienced anywhere else.

Main Duties
\n
Your key responsibilities will include:
\n
- Maintain mise en place levels to ensure seamless service, with a focus on food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Actively develop your skills to become proficient in all kitchen sections, under the guidance of senior chefs
- Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy, ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste
- Conduct daily checks of storage areas and maintain high hygiene standards to meet Roka's expectations
- Prepare food products in line with recipes, ensuring precision and high standards while overseeing the work of junior team members
- Keep workstations clean and organized, adhering to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
