Investment Performance Analysts – Asset Management (2x)
Meritis BE is urgently hiring two Investment Performance Analysts to strengthen its teams within a Finance / Asset Management environment. You will join the Global Operations Reporting team and support the business-as-usual production of performance attribution, while contributing to the migration and optimization of attribution reports.
Your Role
You provide specialist performance attribution support within Asset Management to Investment and Portfolio Management teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure timely delivery of performance attribution reports.
* Oversee and coordinate attribution production performed by an offshore reporting team, ensuring adherence to schedules, KPIs, and control frameworks.
* Standardize attribution processes and support their transfer to a reporting factory.
Perform non-standard performance analysis, including:
* Ongoing portfolio performance monitoring.
* Identification of performance discrepancies.
* Attribution analysis explaining investment decisions.
* Calculation of complex portfolio metrics (duration, spread, exposure).
* Value-added analysis linking risk and performance.
* Act as a key point of contact for attribution-related queries.
* Resolve operational issues, contribute to continuous improvement, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Your Profile
* Proven hands on experience in performance attribution within Asset Management.
* Hands on experience with fixed income attribution.
* Strong knowledge of financial products and transaction processing workflows.
* Comfortable with IT tools and reporting systems.
