- Lead IAM process analysis and optimization (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, RBAC)
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and business units to align IAM with workflows
- Document configurations, workflows, and integration guides
- Oversee daily IGA platform operations
- Provide technical support and training on IAM topics
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to IAM training
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on identity threat detection and response
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and internal policies
- Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve incident response workflows
Responsabilidades
- 3+ years in IAM or cybersecurity roles
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, tools, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (e.G., Sailpoint, OneIdentity)
- Scripting and debugging experience (Java and PowerShell)
- Experience with LDAP and REST API
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset, fast-paced decision-making
