Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 gross per annum
My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead their team and oversee the daily operations of a high-end restaurant in Madrid. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, capable of driving excellent service standards and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all restaurant operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve exceptional service standards.
3. Oversee financial performance, including managing budgets, P&L, and controlling costs.
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
5. Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
6. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in managing financials, including budgets and P&L.
5. Strategic thinker with effective marketing skills.
6. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and a memorable dining experience.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
8. Fluent in English and Spanish.
