Mission:
Project Manager effective in leading and managing projects from conception to implementation, testing, and handover. Implementing management skills and technical knowledge, capable of completing projects accurately, on time, and within budget, achieving revenue targets.
Project types:
Substations, Medium and Low Voltage Equipment, and Facilities such as Electrical Distribution, Infrastructure, Data centers, and Industry.
Main responsibilities include:
* Leading execution teams and all project stages, defining responsibilities and resource needs.
* Reviewing technical documentation to optimize solutions and ensure customer requirements are met.
* Deciding on technical comments raised by customers.
* Leading kick-off meetings with customers, factories, and subcontractors.
* Monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery.
* Using tracking tools to proactively prevent delays.
* Reporting project status effectively to management.
* Analyzing risks and opportunities, mitigating potential issues impacting project performance.
* Leading customer communication to meet their requirements and enhance satisfaction.
* Collaborating with purchasing for subcontract negotiations.
* Interacting with international factories and subcontractors, monitoring delivery, cost, and quality.
* Achieving margin improvements and budgeted results.
* Conducting regular project reviews and estimating margins at completion.
* Managing variation orders and claims for customers and suppliers.
* Overseeing project closure and transfer to Field Services.
Knowledge and Experience:
Technical Engineer or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Distribution, with PMI or similar certifications preferred. At least 5 years in:
* Electrical Distribution Substation engineering and execution.
* Project Management.
* MV/LV electrical installations.
* Protection and control systems for Electrical Distribution.
* Experience in Data Center applications is a plus.
