The project!
As a warehouse operations specialist in our LOW / Warehouse team, you will be responsible for the development and management of events and inventories, ensuring efficient operations and smooth coordination across warehouse activities.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the activity calendar of the L.O.W., ensuring timely updates and smooth execution of scheduled operations.
* Act as the main point of contact for events, leading planning, coordination, and logistics to guarantee successful delivery.
* Manage and control inventories within the L.O.W., including support for event requirements, market stalls, and urgent operational needs.
* Collaborate closely with the Events team to align on general needs, providing proactive solutions and seamless support.

Requirements
* 1-2 of previous experience in a similar role
* Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required (min. C1); any other languages are a big plus
* Advanced Excel knowledge
* Good use of other MS Office tools such as Power Point and Word
* Passion for the world of retail and fashion
