The project!
As a Customer Operations Specialist you will be part of our dynamic and dedicated Wholesale Customer Service team, within our Operations department, servicing our Wholesale customers and coordinating with Third Parties. You will follow up the whole order to cash process of B2B & Consigment customers over Europe.
What will the role entail?
- Customer Master Data: Helping with initiating and monitoring new customer creations / amendments according to Sales instructions
- Order Management: Helping with raising Sales Orders as well as ensuring and monitoring that orders are dispached and received correctly and integrated in SAP
- Returns Management: Assisting when making sure that return orders for faulty or commercial reason are raised according to agreed conditions
- Reporting: Supporting with the creation of weekly / monthly / ad hoc reports to monitor performance in order to identify trends and deviations
- Claims management: Helping with collecting, investigating and resolving incidences, as the main contact for wholesale customers
