Dutch-Speaking Business Development Representative
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing international sales team in Barcelona.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities for our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
- Understand client needs and present relevant product or service solutions
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the Account Executives
- Maintain accurate data on CRM systems and track pipeline progress
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead-generation strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Represent the brand professionally to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2+)
- Previous sales or outbound experience is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is beneficial
- Valid EU documentation or legal right to work in Spain
