Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Bornova requires a Health Tourism Sales Specialist to promote and facilitate You Stemcell's medical tourism services.
Responsibilities include collaborating with potential international and domestic clients, maintaining excellent customer relationships, providing consultations about available therapies and treatments, and guiding clients through the onboarding process.
The role also involves coordinating seamlessly with healthcare teams and providing top-tier support to ensure a positive client experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients.
Knowledge or experience in Medicine, Occupational Health, and Health Promotion fields to effectively convey treatment options and solutions.
Proficiency in building lasting professional relationships and a customer-oriented mindset.
Fluency in multiple languages is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
