We’re looking for an experienced Junior MES Manager to join on a global digital manufacturing journey.
This position can be performed from Madrid, but requires business trips to Barcelona on regular basis.
This is a hands-on role focused on rolling out and scaling MES across multiple plants in Europe, with some exposure to Asia and the US. You’ll help define the future of how we monitor production, integrate with ERP (SAP), and bring real-time insights to the shop floor.
What you’ll do:
* Lead MES implementation and integration across sites
* Standardize production tracking, OEE reporting, and data flows
* Work closely with ERP (SAP) and our main MES vendor
* Bring in innovation – predictive maintenance, digital twins, and more
* Help shape a global roadmap with real impact on operations
What we’re looking for:
* 5–7 years of MES experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong ERP integration knowledge (SAP preferred)
* Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset
* Willingness to travel (occasionally – Europe + global sites)
