Let’s meet!**What are we looking for?**:Your mission will be to ensure the optimal performance of our production equipment, tools, and facilities, maintaining safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.You will also lead the planning, organization, and management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.**About the Role**:Maintenance:- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, focusing on critical parts and minimizing downtime.- Take ownership of OEE to monitor equipment performance and implement action plans for improvement.- Track and analyse KPIs, including OEE, to identify performance gaps and optimize processes.- Manage the operational budget (OPEX), ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.- Ensure legal compliance in asset maintenance and inspections.- Develop and oversee maintenance budgets and ensure alignment with department needs.- Implement and maintain the CMMS for efficient tracking and management of maintenance activities.- Lead and coordinate the Maintenance Team, setting goals and promoting professional development.Projects:- Lead the development of innovative industrial concepts to optimize manufacturing processes and align with company goals.- Define project scope, plan tasks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.- Monitor progress, manage project budgets (CAPEX), and evaluate project performance.- Participate in strategic Supply Chain projects to support continuous improvement.- To include details of the duties and responsibilities of the position**About you**:- More than 5 years' experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Lean, Automation, and Product Industrialization.- Knowledge of maintenance management software and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a must-have- At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams.- Languages: English B2, Cat/Cast Native- Additional training in Automation, Digitalization, or Supply Chain.- Basic knowledge of LEAN & Automation.**What do we offer?**:- Permanent contract- Adaptable remuneration: Salary fixed 40-50K€ + 10% variable.- 30 calendar days of holidays per year (22 working days) + 3 extra days off- 1 extra day off for your birthday- Flexible & Hybrid Schedule: so you can have a better work balance.- Commute bonus (if the habitual residence is more than 15 km away).- Training plan: for improve yourself.- Canteen bonus: company finance 50%, healthy menu and options for all.- BUFF® benefits: discounts platform with different brands.- And the best benefit: BUFF® products discounts**Equality commitment**:- BUFF® is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to recruit, hire, train, promote, compensate, and administer all personnel actions with equal opportunities.
