A new modern and interactive museum, is opening in the center of Alicante and is searching for employees for a shift manager position. If you are responsible, great at team leading and experienced in management, then you are exactly what we are looking for!
**Requirements**:
1. Creation of the schedule for the entire team.
2. Restocking (water, napkins, materials for exhibitions and museum maintenance, souvenirs).
3. Organizing hiring processes and participating in interviews.
5. Organizing courses and events for staff members.
6. Preparation of plans for small renovations and maintenance with other managers and supervisors.
7. Updating information on the website.
8. Administration.
English and Italian languages are mandatory. Experience in a cultural area or a similar work position would be an advantage.
