Position Summary
The Enterprise Inside Sales Representative generates new sales and revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business, including both new prospects and existing accounts. This role collaborates closely with the field sales team to execute account strategies, build strong relationships, and use a consultative approach to align solutions with customer goals. Success is measured by meeting sales quotas, maintaining high activity levels, and retaining customers within a team-focused environment.
Your role in our mission :
* Prospect within an assigned book, scheduling remote meetings with potential and existing customers, and increasing product diversity in existing accounts.
* Identify customer needs and match with suitable solutions, focusing on transactional opportunities under $25k.
* Maintain outreach through prospecting, networking, marketing initiatives, Salesforce tracking, and pipeline management.
* Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals, achieving sales targets.
* Partner with decision-makers to align strategies and ensure service expectations, conducting remote Business Reviews.
* Build strong customer relationships to understand objectives and tailor solutions.
* Lead negotiations, ensuring pricing and SLAs meet expectations.
* Respond to RFPs, manage activities in Salesforce, and stay updated on industry trends.
* Identify and close new sales opportunities, collaborating internally for contract negotiations.
* Qualify new logos and convert them into opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Leverage CRM and social media analytics to enhance sales strategies.
