The main objective of the Mechanical Supervisor is to provide technical expertise (especially mechanical) during the installation, assembly and assembly phases of the wind farm for its subsequent commissioning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in the management and coordination of the construction of windfarms.
- Lead meeting planning and execution of tasks with subcontractors.
- Update work progress tracking of each process.
- Report changes in daily planning.
- Coordinate subcontractors before interference/overlaps.
- Visual inspection of tool and tooling.
- Ensure the correct execution of assembly tasks.
- Identify improvements in the execution of the process.
- Execute proposed/validated changes from the change management process.
- Economic valuation of the costs incurred due to deviations.
- Comply with all personnel in charge and subcontracted with the security requirements.
Requirements:
- Technical engineering electrical-mechanical.
- Social interaction skills.
- Organizational capacity and ability to make agile decisions.
- Driving license.
- High English level.
- Availability for long stays on site.
