**Your Role**
- Guide international clients through the full property-buying process.
- Conduct online and in-person viewings of new developments.
- Negotiate and close sales with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in **Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian**, plus strong English.
- Minimum **1 year of real estate or strong B2C/B2B sales experience**.
- Based on the **Costa del Sol**
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
