The Role
As the Sales Manager, you will play a central role in driving global revenue growth through a combination of strategic channel management and direct sales execution. This is a high-impact role suited for a commercially minded professional with a proven ability to build strong partnerships, open new markets, and deliver results.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with company objectives, market opportunities, and partner capabilities.
Identify, engage, and manage strategic channel partners to strengthen market coverage and drive sustained growth across international regions.
Lead direct sales efforts in targeted markets or accounts, including full-cycle sales management from prospecting through to closing.
Actively prospect and hunt for new business opportunities, both through channel partners and directly, ensuring continuous pipeline development.
Deliver product and solution training to partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to represent and sell our offering effectively.
Define and implement measurable sales targets for channel partners and regions, in alignment with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyse sales performance at both partner and regional levels, identifying gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Produce accurate sales forecasts and business plans, working closely with ABG Girona’s Managing Director and the Group Global Sales Director to align on goals, priorities, and resources.
Represent the company at international industry events, trade shows, and conferences when required, acting as a brand ambassador and strengthening Enprom’s reputation in the global marketplace.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in international sales and business development—someone who knows how to build trusted relationships, penetrate new territories, and consistently outperform targets. You’re a self-starter, a strategist, and a deal-closer who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
Minimum 7 years of experience in international sales and business development, preferably within the industrial machinery, packaging, automation, or related sectors.
Proven track record of success in international channel sales, with experience managing distributors, agents, or VARs across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner development, including recruitment, enablement, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Experience in B2B complex sales environments, ideally involving long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and tailored technical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow direct sales pipelines, with a focus on hunting, prospecting, and closing new business.
Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are an advantage).
Comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools, using data to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and optimize performance.
Strong business acumen, including the ability to understand margin structures, pricing strategies, and financial implications of sales deals.
Highly self-motivated, hands-on, and results-oriented, able to work independently while aligning with broader team and company objectives.
Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally (50–60%) in accordance with a structured sales plan and business development goals.
Cultural awareness and adaptability, with experience operating in diverse international markets and navigating different business practices.
Background in industrial machinery, automation, packaging, or engineering is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
