In this role you contribute to advancing knowledge retrieval within the Azure AI Knowledge ecosystem, delivering agentic retrieval capabilities across diverse enterprise data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship research-driven techniques and production-ready experiments at scale. You’ll shape metrics, datasets, and evaluation approaches to improve search quality and responsiveness. This opportunity offers work on cutting-edge AI, ML, and data science challenges that impact enterprise customers worldwide.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, CS, Electrical or Computer Engineering with relevant experience OR Master's/PhD in the same fields
• Experience developing and deploying xpzdshu ML products or systems from ideation to shipping
• Experience with agentic coding systems and scaffolding for long-running agents
• Strong collaboration skills with async/sync communication
• Experience defining task-specific metrics and evaluation datasets
• Customer-focused and execution-driven with ownership and bias for action
• Strong problem-solving skills with handling open-ended problems
