We are looking for a AI & Automation Business Analyst.
What would your duties be?
Process Discovery & Re-engineering
Conduct structured process discovery and feasibility analysis to identify bottlenecks and
inefficiencies.
Evaluate if a process requires technical automation (RPA/AI) or if efficiency can be achieved
through process re-engineering, such as simplifying workflows, updating SOPs, training, or
stakeholder negotiation.
Ensure processes are optimized and \"automation-ready\" before technical implementation
begins.
Al & Automation Use Case Assessment
Evaluate and qualify automation and Al opportunities using internal assessment
methodologies.
Conduct value estimation and ensure requirements are aligned with business outcomes.
Ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, and documented.
Solution Design & Implementation Support
Translate business requirements into detailed workflow designs and technical specifications.
Support implementation using RPA tools, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and cognitive
automation technologies.
Execute implementation directly when skills and availability permit; otherwise, support IT
delivery teams by tracking progress, clarifying requirements, and removing blockers.
Provide testing support, validation criteria, and solution documentation.
IT Follow-Up & Technical Alignment
Act as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
Understand technical concepts (APIs, data flows, system integrations, environments) to
support precise communication.
Track delivery progress, highlight risks, clarify requirements, and ensure solution quality
aligns with expectations.
Documentation, Adoption & Governance Support
Document processes, SOPs, workflows, exception paths, and KPIs.
Support user adoption of deployed automation and Al solutions through training materials and stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to Al and automation governance initiatives as part of broader business services.
Which are the requirements for this position?
Strong understanding of business processes, service design, and process optimization/lean
principles.
Experience with RPA platforms, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot Studio.
Experience setting up chatbots and workflows in Power Automate.
Ability to follow technical conversations with IT teams and translate requirements
effectively.
Strong documentation capabilities (workflows, SOPs, functional specifications).
Familiarity with Jira or similar backlog management tools.
Nice to Have
Data experience (data analysis, data quality, data governance).
Methodologies:
Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Design Thinking, Lean/Six Sigma.
Familiarity with automation/Al governance concepts.
