This role is designed for someone eager to build comprehensive systems, challenge the status quo, empower teams, and drive sustainable, aggressive SEO growth.Your MissionAs SEO Director, you will architect and lead a multi-brand SEO ecosystem. Reporting directly to C-level leadership, you will collaborate with product, content, tech, and data teams to develop a robust growth engine. Your goal is to work with brand-specific SEO leads to enhance strategy and execution, increasing rankings, traffic, and revenue across our portfolio.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine the SEO operating system across all brands, including SOPs, playbooks, workflows, and QA standards.Define and implement a multi-brand SEO strategy, balancing foundational needs with innovative growth experiments.Performance & GrowthSet ambitious yet achievable KPIs for rankings, traffic, revenue, and share of voice.Lead experimentation efforts, including programmatic SEO, topical authority models, AI content testing, structured data, and link-building automation.Promote brand-first SEO strategies that prioritize long-term value over short-term wins.Team LeadershipOversee hiring, upskilling, and coaching to fill gaps and attract top talent.Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and agility within the SEO team.Analysis & InnovationTranslate SEO impact into business language for executive stakeholders.Monitor competitors and industry leaders, learning and adapting quickly.Requirements8+ years of comprehensive SEO experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven success with scalable, aggressive SEO strategies, knowing when to push limits and when to prioritize safety.Experience managing SEO for high-volume affiliate, publishing, or content-driven websites, preferably in iGaming and/or Crypto sectors.Strong understanding of data, automation tools, and the evolving AI+SEO landscape.Ability to navigate strategic and tactical discussions effectively.Experience leading distributed SEO teams and collaborating across functions like product, tech, and editorial.Track record of building and scaling SEO frameworks with measurable impact.Find.Co is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity.
