Solution Specialist (Norwegian / Finnish / Portuguese Speaking) – Cloud Solutions

We are hiring Solution Specialists speaking Norwegian, Finnish, or Portuguese to join an international Cloud Solutions environment. This role is designed for professionals with a strong commercial mindset and proven B2B tech sales experience.
Role Overview
As a Solution Specialist, you will partner with business customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable cloud-based solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining sales expertise with technical knowledge to drive long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with B2B clients and identify business requirements
* Recommend and position cloud-based solutions
* Manage and develop long-term customer relationships
* Drive revenue growth through consultative selling
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications
* Fluent in Norwegian, Finnish, or Portuguese, plus good English
* Strong B2B tech sales experience
* Preferably in cloud technologies (Azure, other cloud solutions)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a hybrid model in Spain
