For one of our school in Rome (Sud Ovest) we are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team!
What We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication skills.
* Well organized with good time management skills.
* Flexibility with work hours and availability.
As Our Teacher You’ll Learn To
* Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
* Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
* Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
* Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
As a Coordinator You’ll Have To
* Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method.
* Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.
Requirements
* Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
* Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
* Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
* Registered to the Centro per l'impiego.
* Interest in working with children.
* Planning and organisation skills.
* A team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in!
We Offer
* Fixed-term until the end of July 2026.
* 8 hours per week as a coordinator and 6 hours per week as a teacher (in total 14h per week).
* Young and stimulating work environment.
* Start in December 2025.
