We are recruiting a Dynamics 365CE Technical Consultant (Customer Service & Insights) to reinforce our team in Madrid with the possibility to work in the hybrid model.
Responsabilities:
* Deliver quality developments (customization and integration);
* Go through functional design of given business requirements for functional solution and create detailed technical design documents;
* Work closely with technical consultants to understand requirements;
* Report progress periodically to lead/project manager and assist them in reporting;
* Check in/check out code in Azure DevOps and update work items;
* Elaboration of test plan documents;
* Solve functional issues encountered during testing cycles;
* Provide training sessions to the customer.
What we are looking for:
* 5 years (minimum) of experience as a technical consultant in the Dynamics 365 CE platform;
* Experience in the Health Sector, more precisely with Customer Care;
* Experience with Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (customer service and customer insights);
* Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development experience;
* Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low-code flows, and apps with Power Automate and Power Apps;
* Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure integration tools (is a plus);
* Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement management;
* Experience with Agile methodology and Jira;
* Microsoft certifications (a plus);
* Spanish is mandatory, and fluency in English is required.
