Our mission is simple: to turn our customers businesses into success stories.Properly demonstrate and present solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem ( Sales, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud )Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation;
managing project scope;
ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones;
Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project progressMeet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.Take instruction from our Engineering team regarding any aspect of any project as requested.Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices.Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.A minimum of 2 years of experience defining and delivering complex Salesforce implementations (Marketing Automation, Sales, or Service Cloud).A minimum of 1 Salesforce Certification will be required, additional certification will be positively evaluated.Strong background and knowledge of the CRM industry.Demonstrate a natural curiosity about emerging technologies, especially in the field of AI, and how these can enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.Experience in Project Management Methodologies within a tech environment, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.Experience of working autonomously in a fast-paced technology company.Competency in office applications.A good level of English would be a must.Spanish as first language.
