Verisure is looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Experience Intern to join our Group CX Team, supporting the development and growth of our Voice of the Customer (VoC) program across 17 countries. About the Role As a CX Intern, you will support key projects within the Voice of the Customer programme, helping us measure and improve customer satisfaction and reputation. You will work closely with both central and local teams, data providers, and internal stakeholders, with a strong focus on project coordination, data quality, and insights generation. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn how customer feedback drives business improvement and decision-making in a leading international company. Key Responsibilities Data-Driven Insights & AI innovation : assist in gathering and analysing marketing data to create insightful reports. Identification of process improvements and efficiencies through AI and automation to optimize current workflows. Project Management : be at the heart of our marketing campaigns by tracking project progress, following up on key initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives. Maximizing Tools & Local Support : Extract maximum value from our current CX toolset, proposing innovative use cases to local markets to drive better adoption and business results. Market Research: dive into market trends and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights that will shape our marketing strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration : work alongside various departments, gaining a holistic view of how marketing integrates with other business functions. Key Projects NPS Relational Survey (across 18 markets) Support the project management of the full NPS wave: from survey set-up and testing to fieldwork follow-up, and results analysis. Prepare support materials, manage contact databases, gather local market feedback, and ensure all stakeholder requirements are collected and delivered on timing. Ensure data quality and reliability at every stage. Collaborate with Group Marketing, local markets, and external providers to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement. Reputation Monitoring Track monthly reputation KPIs and support the update of dashboards and reports. Propose new approaches and sources for monitoring to bring more value to the project, understanding the specific impact on GEO positioning Analyse trends and identify improvement opportunities. Monitor and share best practices from different countries and support exploration of initiatives to boost our reputation across markets. NPS Transactional Program (Medallia Platform) Support the day-to-day use of Medallia, our customer feedback platform. Help maintain internal documentation, best practice decks and SharePoint resources. Assist in analysing Close the Feedback Loop (CFL) and monitor survey health and response quality. Help markets maximize the value of Medallia through insights and usage of existing and new features. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
