Sales development is a key function within our organization that focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
The primary objective of this role is to generate and deliver qualified leads for our sales team. This involves conducting thorough research, mapping existing customers, and analyzing market trends to uncover potential growth areas.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for prospecting and targeting potential customers in the international payroll and HR sectors. They will also collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies, assist in event preparation, and manage the lead allocation process.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development or lead generation.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
* Excellent lead qualification, prospecting, and appointment setting skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
* Able to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
* Fluent in English and preferably advanced in two additional languages.
