Overview Provide advanced technical support to Market Managers and ensure robust configuration and maintenance of the Medallia platform across multiple markets.Responsibilities Resolve complex incidents and implement technical changes requested by Market ManagersConfigure platform components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XMLSet up and maintain data transfer mechanisms (API, SFTP)Support survey design and integration within Medallia and EngagehubEnsure platform stability and compliance with Vodafone standardsDaily connect with Medallia Managed Services team and leads to review progress and ensure timely responsesJoin weekly meetings with markets and market managers when neededQualifications Deep technical expertise in Medallia & Engagehub configuration and lifecycle management. Medallia Product Certification is a mustStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-complexity environmentsWorking knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XMLData analytics and visualization techniquesFamiliarity with CX tools and methodologiesExperience with Agile methodologies to work in sprints and accurately log time/effortAbility to manage ambiguity and deliver under pressure across multiple marketsHighly proactive, organized & strong ownership skills
