👉We are looking for a Change Management – to support the CMC team on the management of change across the different transformation initiatives part of the Lead to Cash program – following the Prosci methodology framework.
✅ Responsabilities:
* Change Management Expertise
- Understanding of change processes, principles, and methodologies like the Prosci Methodology and ADKAR® Model.
- Familiarity with change management tools and evolving trends.
* Communication & Facilitations
- Presentation skills: Creation of clear, effective and well-structured materials to communicate complex ideas visually and verbally
- Workshops design & facilitation: Planning and conducting collaborative workshops to engage stakeholders.
* Strategic & Analytical Thinking
- Strategic Planning, Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, Decision Making, Priority Setting
* Relationships Building
- Coaching and mentoring: Supporting leaders, managers, and teams through change, and
* Execution & Adaptability
- Project Management: Coordinating efforts, planning, budgeting, and risk management.
✅ Requirements:
* 1 advanced (over 3-6 years’ experience) and 2 juniors (1-3 years’ experience)
* Methodologies:
- Change Mgt Methodology: Knowledge of Change Management Methodologies (Prosci)
- Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.) and an experience working in such contexts
* Certification and tools:
- Change Management Certification: To be listed (Prosci certification is required)
🌎 Location: Onshore/Nearshore. (Spain/ Portugal).
✈ Travel Required: Regular trips to Madrid.
