Payroll Specialist – Innotaxes (Labor | Madrid | Freelance)
* Strategic Labor Advisory - Act as the go-to expert for complex labor inquiries (contract types, dismissals, bonuses, and sanctions). Prepare documentation for labor inspections and manage conciliation processes (SMAC).
* End-to-End Payroll Excellence - Execute multi-agreement (multiconvenio) payroll runs, including extra payments, arrears, and settlements (finiquitos). Master the application of different collective agreements, salary tables, and regulatory updates.
* Public Administration & Tax Sync - Seamless management of the Sistema RED (hires/terminations), Delt@/SILTRA (IT/AT parts), and calculate precise IRPF withholdings for seamless coordination with our tax and accounting departments.
Requirements
* Hard Skills
o Degree in Labor Relations, HR, or Law. A Master’s in Labor Law Consultancy is highly valued.
