To execute on the modernization and standardization for the Digital Operations applications and solutions across the HUB terminals.
Will liaison between Global Strategic Demands and Local Terminal Initiatives.
To manage system changes from start to finish ensuring developments comply with the business needs as well as with the Global Standards and are designed developed tested documented and implemented successfully.Principle AccountabilitiesSupport and maintain the business applications within the Digital Operations domainA proven track record in the TOS area mainly in Navis XPS / N4Good understanding of the EDI implementation and supportUnderstanding of the Gate Processes as well as industry Gate Operating SystemsExecute upgrades software enhancements and changes to the business applications in scope in line with global standard change management practices and without or minimizing service interruptionResolve incidents in line with standard incident management processes and within agreed service levelsCollaborate with regional Business Analysts and the Global teams on new business needs and requirements new enhancements and developmentsProvide training to stakeholders on provided functionalitiesDeploy new standard capabilities within the specified domain in line with the global change and modernization agendaCollaborate with other regional and local teams to ensure underlying (eg IT infrastructure Databases Networking etc.)
