Responsibilities ANALYSIS ·Monitoring and reporting of market trends in different segments of the real estate market ·Analysis of the competition ASSET MANAGEMENT ·Visting assets under the portfolio ·Sourcing, working with and supervising technical service providers in Capex works. ·Working with service providers of the company ·Asset sourcing ·On going contact with real estate agents ·Working with and expanding the company's market connections ·Assisting in communications with technical providers such as Insurance companies, and banks.
