- Description & RequirementsAs an Inside Sales Client Partner for Consulting Services, you'll be at the center of the sales process between Infor Consulting Services and our valued customers, connecting with them through phone and web. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing European ICS Sales team, where driven and ambitious individuals can truly make their mark in IT sales.
In this role, you'll craft customized solutions that meet our customers' business needs, while working closely with internal teams to ensure everything is accurately documented and follows company procedures. With a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for problem-solving, you'll build a strong foundation for a rewarding career in technology sales.
Path to Success
- Gain a high-level understanding of Infor's portfolio and Services offerings.
- Master the internal tools needed to handle daily job tasks effectively.
- Build strong relationships with Field Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and Legal teams.
- Take ownership of your pipeline—engage with customers and manage forecasts.
- Expand your knowledge of products and industry trends.
- Work with a mentor to set career goals, whether aiming for Sr. Inside Sales or transitioning to Field Sales.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Bring creativity and vision to the sales process with a strategic approach.
- Continuously enhance your sales and product knowledge through training while deepening your expertise in specific industries.
- Strengthen customer relationships, securing commitments and ensuring all customer needs are identified and addressed.
- Develop and execute a tailored Sales Strategy to close identified opportunities and exceed individual targets.
- Handle small engagement orders to meet ad hoc demand, working with the resourcing team to ensure the right resources are scheduled and delivered.
- Follow company processes and use the appropriate tools to record, track, and report on opportunities, orders, and progress.
- Manage opportunities for both new business and existing customers, ensuring alignment with Infor’s standard documentation and procedures.
- Run promotions and campaigns to build a sustainable pipeline for the business unit.
Desired Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
- Native-level proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Basic understanding of Services and/or Sales within the Technology sector
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Strong team collaboration skills with a proactive leadership approach
- Compliance with company procedures, including the use of tools for tracking opportunities, managing orders, and reporting progress.
- Ability to build and nurture senior-level business relationships

- Familiarity with the UKI market
