Responsibilities Define and lead the global vision for Sales IT, positioning technology as a key enabler of commercial growth, customer experience and competitive advantage. Drive large-scale, global transformation programs, leading the harmonization and standardization of systems, processes and data across regions and business units. Own and continuously evolve a complex, enterprise-wide sales ecosystem (CRM, CPQ, product configuration), ensuring scalability, integration and business impact. Build and scale high-performing teams from the ground up, attracting top talent and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and business partnership. Lead and inspire distributed, multicultural teams across multiple geographies, creating alignment and performance at global scale. Act as a strategic partner to Sales and senior leadership, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing demand and translating business needs into impactful technology solutions.
