We are looking for an experienced and driven After Sales Market Manager to join our After-Sales Department and lead the development and performance of our After Sales operations across assigned markets.
As an After Sales Market Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, business growth, and technical performance across the market network. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and solid experience within the automotive OEM aftersales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Single Point of Contact
Act as the main point of contact for all After Sales matters within the assigned markets, ensuring smooth coordination between local markets and central After Sales operations.
* Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase After Sales revenue, market penetration, and customer retention.
* Parts & Accessories Management
Monitor parts and accessories performance, stock levels, supply chain efficiency, and market demand to ensure optimal operations.
* Warranty Performance Control
Manage warranty spending and claims processes efficiently while implementing actions to improve cost control and customer satisfaction.
* Technical Support & KPI Monitoring
Support market technical teams by escalating critical issues, ensuring correct use of tools and systems, and tracking technical KPIs with corrective action plans when needed.
* Operational Excellence
Ensure After Sales operations meet company standards and KPIs across service, warranty, parts, and customer support activities.
* Customer Satisfaction
Drive customer-centric initiatives and implement feedback processes to continuously improve the customer experience.
* Budget & Financial Management
Support budget planning and monitor market financial performance to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
* Market Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with market stakeholders, suppliers, and service partners to ensure high-quality support and business alignment.
* Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all After Sales operations comply with company standards, legal requirements, and quality processes.
* Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular business performance reports and leverage analytics to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
· Solid experience in automotive After Sales management, preferably within an OEM environment.
· Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Results-driven mindset with proven KPI achievement.
· Fluent in Spanish and English.
