You will be responsible for managing and converting high-quality incoming leads, guiding clients through the purchasing journey, and delivering an exceptional sales experience from the first contact through to completion.You will work closely with our Commercial Director, supporting negotiations and ensuring a professional and structured sales process.Managing and responding to incoming sales leadsNegotiating and closing sales in collaboration with the Commercial DirectorMaintaining accurate CRM records and managing the sales pipelineProviding a first-class customer experience throughout the sales processMinimum 5 years' experience in property salesExperience working with an international estate agency networkFluent in English and SpanishAdditional xohynlm languages are a strong advantage, particularly Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) or PolishHigh-quality inbound leads~ Long-term career growth within a respected brand~60M€ current stock for sale~ If you are passionate about luxury real estate and ready to take your sales career to the next level, we would love to hear from you.
