The Marketing Assistant Junior will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of our marketing efforts through local educational program.
The adecuado candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Main responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing events calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements and logistics.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to HCP attendance to educational activities, including customer information, compliance requests and promotional materials.
Assist in planning and executing, internal meetings, educational events, and product launches.
Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, human resources, and legal to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and provide updates on marketing initiatives.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
Handle incoming requests and inquiries related to finance and sales matters.
Support the translation review and distribution of marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, emails, and social media posts.
Stay informed about new products, technologies, and market developments within the medical device industry
About You
Bachelor's degree or Vocational Education (Formación Profesional) or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
Validated experience (1 year) as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Diligent approach with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances
