CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist (Remote - CET ± 4 h)

This hybrid role combines hands-on expertise in Mautic with multichannel campaign management and customer success coordination across clients, internal devs, and the CEO.

You will be the technical marketing operator ensuring campaigns run smoothly and the face of day-to-day value delivery for our managed deliverability and profitability-focused ESP offering.

Key Responsibilities

* Technical Operations & Analytics
o Manage the Mautic stack – installations, upgrades, plugins, security.
o Access servers via SSH to audit and optimize cron jobs (segments, campaigns, webhooks, backups).
o Identify and fix misconfigurations like duplicate triggers or missing workers.
o Query Amazon Athena (SQL) on engagement data to validate KPIs and generate insights.
o Monitor deliverability using tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, MXToolBox; maintain inbox placement >95%.
o Integrate Mautic with websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API/Webhooks.
* Customer Success & Coordination
o Serve as the primary success contact for assigned accounts: schedule stand-ups, gather requirements, translate into tickets, track SLAs.
o Coordinate hand-offs between dev team, CEO/PM, and clients; ensure clarity on expectations and timelines.
o Present weekly performance reports on growth metrics and next steps.
o Collect feedback and convert into backlog items or optimization ideas.
* Project Prioritization & Growth
o Manage JIRA boards with the CEO, prioritizing for ROI.
o Run experiments (subject-line tests, segment rollouts) and measure impact.
o Identify and scope new customers fitting our profile (10 MM+ emails/month).

Traits & Skills We Value

* 2–4 years in CRM/Marketing Automation, with 1+ year as primary Mautic owner.
* SQL proficiency in Amazon Athena (window functions, partitions, cost control).
* Linux CLI skills: cron, log grep, bash scripting.
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to marketers and executives.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
* Kaizen mindset & frugality—iterate fast, deliver value with lean resources.
* Mastery of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) for drafts and queries.
* Bonus: Experience with Optimove, Bird.com, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable; French language skills.

* 30 days: Configure a new sending domain, document the checklist, coordinate with clients and DevOps.
* 60 days: Lead customer success for one client, demonstrating measurable growth and proactive issue resolution.
* 90 days: Autonomously manage 3 clients end-to-end and source/scoped new customers.
