What you will do in your **day-to-day work **as a SCRUM MASTER:
- **_Responsible for ensuring Scrum/Kanban is understood _**and the team adheres to theory, practice, and guidelines
- Facilitate and support all Scrum/Kanban events
- Work with **_Development Teams at the beginning and after that with the rest of the organisation_**, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making
- Work with Product owners to refine the backlog
- **_Actively contribute to the team's Continuous Improvement process_**:
- Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
