Our multicultural team coordinates cross-border projects, supports employers' global HR teams, and drives solutions that balance global consistency with local markets.As an Account Manager, you will manage different multinational clients headquartered in Spain, understand their global challenges, and serve as a trusted advisor on employee benefits.

Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and ensure excellent customer loyalty and satisfaction as well as support client retention.Have a clear understanding of clients' priorities and actively coordinate and communicate across the teams to ensure a successful client delivery and management of global benefits in line with clients' guidelines.Manage clients' insurable benefits on a daily basis, support the implementation process, ensure key activities are completed on time and with high-quality data, and ensure internal and external teams are aligned.Provide renewal directions and compile project timelines.Support local and general teams as well as sales opportunities.

Degree in human resources, management, economics, law, sociology, public administration, marketing or other relevant field.Native Spanish level.Excellent command of spoken and written English (B2 minimum).Team player combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient with MS Office and general ease with different systems (ability to perform analysis in Excel and preparing PowerPoint).
