This organization is undergoing an ambitious digital transformation to optimize its core business processes, including HR, finance, procurement, and project delivery.
The People & Culture Digital Products team is at the forefront of this transformation, implementing cutting-edge solutions like cloud-based HR platforms, learning management systems, and service and onboarding tools to enhance the employee experience globally.
As a Scrum Master, you will lead multiple Agile teams across diverse locations to deliver impactful solutions that empower the workforce and support the organization’s global mission. Responsibilities
* Facilitate and guide Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
* Coordinate multiple Scrum teams (4–5 members per team) across 11 HR-related application areas.
* Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and execution in collaboration with Product Owners and Leads.
* Act as the main point of contact for resolving blockers and ensuring progress during sprints.
* Manage the Agile workflow, from requirements gathering to UAT, pre-production, and deployment.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective system integration.
* Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as velocity and burndown charts.
* Support change control processes and audits to ensure alignment with European regulations and organizational policies.
Requirements (Must-Have)
* Experience:
* 10+ years in IT or digital organizations, including at least 5 years working on global HR systems.
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master (5+ years) with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
* Technical Expertise:
* Familiarity with cloud-based HR systems, learning management platforms, and service/help desk tools.
* Knowledge of middleware solutions for system integration.
* Business Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of HR processes, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, Learning, Compensation, and International Mobility.
* Leadership & Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
* Languages: Fluent in English (oral and written).
* Certification: Certified Scrum Master.
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
* Familiarity with data-centric architecture, including Master Data Management (MDM).
* Background in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
* Previous experience working within HR departments.
* Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools and architectures.
