Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing complex industrial deals
Develop and manage strategic relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, integrators, and technology partners
Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, putting your stamp on the business from day one
Collaborate with product, operations, and trading teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
Proven track record in B2B sales of industrial software, energy management solutions, or technology-driven operational tools
Experience selling into industrial sectors such as manufacturing, cold storage, logistics, or process industries
Skilled in managing C-level relationships and closing complex, strategic deals
Strong commercial acumen, results-driven, and comfortable operating in high-growth, complex environments
