Quest is seeking a seasoned and proactive team player with high energy to join as a Regional Channel Account Manager for the South region within the EMEA Partner Ecosystem team. This role is vital for shaping our sales and business development strategies as we expand our partner network in EMEA.The success of Quest’s partner ecosystem is essential. The Channel Account Manager will build and nurture strategic partnerships, manage existing relationships, and identify new opportunities at the executive level. Responsibilities include defining go-to-market strategies, driving engagement and sales with regional teams, and fostering internal collaborations across departments such as Channel, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Operations.This role focuses on the Information Management Business Unit, which covers AI, Data Management, Data Operations, and DevOps solutions. The candidate will coordinate with the Global Partner Ecosystem team to identify growth opportunities and will report to the EMEA Partner Ecosystem Director.Based in Spain, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role within a Data Management, Data Intelligence, or Data Governance software company, with a strong network and knowledge of the Iberian partner ecosystem.Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and manage specialized partners to drive growth.Develop and execute joint business and go-to-market plans.Ensure partner adherence to Quest’s partner program.Build strategic relationships and plan GTM strategies.Collaborate with sales teams to identify and close opportunities.Lead partner onboarding, training, and enablement activities.Establish regular executive interlock activities.Achieve or exceed sales targets.Create annual business plans for each partner.Support regional partner activities.Minimum Requirements:
Proven track record in building and leading channel or alliance partnerships in the software industry.Experience in sales or consulting, especially in Data & AI spaces.Minimum 10+ years working with partners and selling into strategic accounts.Strong understanding of Data & AI solutions and go-to-market strategies.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business acumen skills.Master’s degree or equivalent;
fluent in English and Spanish.Preferred Qualifications:
Existing relationships with Data & AI partner executives.MBA or EMBA preferred.Multilingual skills are a plus.Why join Quest?
