At Hotel Rosewood Villa Magna we are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator, focused on recruitment.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a person who is passionate about the world of Hospitality and Human Resources, with great orientation to the internal customer, facility for teamwork, great planning and organization skills, communication skills with different interlocutors and proactivity.
- Spanish and English.
- Experience in hospitality, highly valued in 5* luxury hotels.
- Experience in Human Resources, especially in recruitment and selection.
The tasks to be carried out will be the following:
- Telephone, online and personal attention to employees, potential candidates, etc.
- Manage the Internship Program for both local and international students
- Publication of vacancies on the different job portals.
- Conducting interviews with potential candidates.
- Request documentation for new hires.
- Collaborate in engagement and training tasks.
- Conduct follow-up interviews with new recruits.
- All tasks designated for the proper functioning of the department.
Conditions:
- Full time from Monday to Friday.
- Timetable: from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Immediate incorporation.
- Contract for 6 months.
- Meals included by the hotel.
