We are looking for a Mobile Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in managing and scaling advertising campaigns as well as directly managing publishers and traffic sources.
This role involves owning campaigns end-to-end, working closely with publishers, identifying new traffic opportunities, optimizing performance, and ensuring long-term publisher success.
The position can be based remotely.
Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns on mobile platforms
* Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with new publishers
* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and troubleshoot issues
* Negotiate pricing and placements to maximize ROI
* Monitor KPIs to ensure profitability and scale opportunities
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or mobile advertising
* Strong understanding of affiliate and performance marketing
* Experience working with publishers, networks, or direct advertisers
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
* Fluent in English
